1. Nature of Tokens

   • All “coins,” “tokens,” and “ⓐcoins” on CLIZA.ai are experimental digital collectibles issued without intrinsic value, revenue rights, or promise of appreciation. They are not securities, derivatives, or investment contracts.

2. User Responsibility & Risk

   • Anyone can create a token—this includes impersonators. Prices can move 0 → 100 → 0 rapidly; you could lose 100 % of your contribution.

   • Do your own research (DYOR): verify the provenance of the token, creator identity, linked content, and any affiliated social media accounts before interacting.

   • Only commit funds you can afford to lose. You bear sole responsibility for tax, accounting, and legal consequences in your jurisdiction.

3. Content & Communication

   • Token descriptions, posts, and third‑party statements are user‑generated and do not reflect CLIZA.ai or its team’s views. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.

   • Our LLM‑powered interfaces are non‑deterministic; outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Always cross‑check critical information.

4. ⓐcoin Framework (X Account Coins)

   • Launch: Any X (formerly Twitter) account can be “coined” permissionlessly. Upon launch, the referenced X account is allocated 10 % of total supply, linearly vesting over 30 days, and is entitled to 80 % of the pool‑fee (LP) accruals.

   • Options for the X account holder:

     1. Ignore the coin (do nothing).

     2. Delete the coin via CLIZA.ai (waiving future rights to the LP fees; CLIZA may at its discretion also waive collection).

     3. Claim the accrued LP fees for personal use.

     4. Donate all or a portion of the LP fees to a charity of choice.

   • Abandonment: If no claim or deletion occurs within 30 days, the coin is deemed abandoned. Locked LP fees are then released 50 % to $CLIZA holders and 50 % to the CLIZA team.

   • LP fees cannot be withdrawn until one of the above events occurs; this design prevents premature extraction.

5. Platform Conduct & Compliance

   • You agree not to violate applicable laws, infringe IP, or engage in market manipulation, fraud, or other abusive practices. CLIZA.ai may suspend or remove tokens, content, or accounts that breach these rules or pose systemic risk.

6. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability

   • Services are provided “as‑is” without any warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLIZA.ai and its affiliates are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use, smart contract bugs, third‑party exploits, or user error.

7. Changes & Updates

   • These terms, features, and smart contract logic may evolve. Material changes will trigger an update of this document; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
